The hotel is around a ten-minute walk from the Jouvenceaux ski lift, giving easy access to the slopes and a quieter alternative to the busier lifts in the main village. A ski rental service is located right next door, while Sauze d'Oulx is within easy reach on foot or by car and local bus connections make it straightforward to explore the wider valley without a car. Uncovered self parking on site is free, WiFi is free in every room, pets are welcome, and a continental breakfast is served each morning from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM for EUR 8 per person. In the evening the hotel bar is the natural meeting point, and dinner is available on site after a day in the mountains.

Six room types, from a quiet single to two-bedroom family accommodation, all with fresh bed sheets, blackout drapes, a coffee and tea maker, a desk chair, a bathroom with rainfall showerhead and bidet, a balcony and daily housekeeping. Many rooms look out over the surrounding mountains.
